Aventura, “The #1 Official Mixtape of Aventura Ever Made: From The Last To The Beginning”

Anthony Rey and DJ BabyFace in collaboration with Aventura’s manager Johnny Marines have put together the must have album for any Aventura fan or Bachata lover. The 17-track album features an intro from Aventura’s own “Mikey” Max Agende along with shout outs and introductions that include the history behind the bachata super-group’s rise to the top and inner workings of their six studio albums. This along with a genius blend of their greatest and finest tunes chronicling each album from their latest, “The Last” till their very first release “Generation Next” is stellar from start to finish and the best part is it can be downloaded for FREE via Anthony Rey’s website.

Alex Cuba, “Alex Cuba”

Singer-songwriter Alex Cuba’s self-titled new album features 13-delectable-tracks with thrilling pop hooks and chant-able lyrics.  Cuba’s tunes have a rock sensibility to them but are rooted in Afro-Cuban soul. Stand out tracks include “Que Pasa Lola,” “Directo” and “Solo Tu.”

Eyes Set To Kill, “Broken Frames”

Phoenix based rockers Eyes Set To Kill have their eyes on reclaiming the charts with their third album “Broken Frames.”  “Broken Frames” is the band’s most aggressive release to date with vocalist Alexia’s signature melodies and the band’s overall rougher, aggressive take on metal without ever losing sight of their radio appeal. The album features the band’s signature fast-paced tracks with killer guitar riffs and appealing choruses. But the band really hits their stride when they slow things down, that’s when the vocals and lyrics can be fully heard and appreciated like in the track “Ticking Bombs”. Stand out tracks include “The Listening,”  “Falling Fast” and “Ticking Bombs.”

Lachi, “Lachi” (July 27th)

Undeniably sweet and charming, Lachi’s self-titled debut album features beautifully written songs with sweet vocals to match. Her strength lies in her storytelling her songs can be described as poetry set to melodic music. Songs like “We Can Fly” and “Dear Happiness” have true commercial appeal. Standout tracks include, “Funny Girl” and “We Can Fly.”
